PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Payment will be processed and charged at the time of completed checkout.

You will receive an email notification confirming your purchase, and another when the item has shipped. Details of your shipment, including any tracking details will be included in this email. If you chose to create an account with us before checking out, you may also check the status of your order by logging in.

For in-stock items, your order will normally be processed and dispatched within 24hrs. During busy times, it may take longer. If there is a delay in dispatching your order, or any issue with fulfillment, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. Orders for out of stock products, or products offered as pre-order, will be dispatched no later than 5 working days after the date stipulated on the product page.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping is available to mainland UK only.

Most items are dispatched through recorded and/or tracked services. A signature may be required to accept the delivery.

Different levels of service may be available to you depending on your location. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout. Standard delivery times are listed below;

UNITED KINGDOM: Delivery aim 2-4 working days
EUROPE: Delivery aim 3-5 working days
OUTSIDE EU: Delivery aim 5-10 working days

Please allow the maximum delivery timescale + 3 days before contacting us regarding a late/missing item. It is a good idea to check with neighbours and your local sorting/delivery office to confirm the package isn't waiting for you to collect.

MISSING ITEMS

Items which have not been delivered on time will only be deemed as lost/missing after the below time frames have elapsed; 

UNITED KINGDOM: 15 working days
EUROPE: 20 working days
OUTSIDE EU: 25 working days

Further information about items missing in transit can be found on the Royal Mail website. In the event of a missing item claim, you will be required to fill out and return a signed P91 Denial of Receipt declaration to assist Royal Mail with their investigation and prevent fraudulent claims.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must include a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and a reason for return within the package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.

Credits may take up to 14 days from the date of processing.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@imela.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to us.
